Ye hain Mohabbatein is an Indian television drama soap opera telecast on Star Plus. The show has been aired its premier on December 3, 2013. Ye Hain Mohabbatein is a one of the most TRP gained romantic drama serial which was initially aired at 11 pm but later changed its timing to current one as Monday to Saturday 7:30 pm IST. The show is produced and created by Ekta Kapoor under her home production Balaji Telefilms. The show casts popular television actors like Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel as Ishita and Raman for the lead roles. As it is said, the story of the show is also loosely based on the novel ‘Custody’ penned by Manju Kapur. The show recites basically a love story between Dr. Ishita Iyer who is a dentist and Raman Kumar Bhalla, belongs to Punjab and is a CEO. The storyline extends when Ishita who is infertile get attached to Ruhi, daughter of Raman, who is a divorcee father. Further, circumstances and destiny rule the story to make them marry each other. The show is one of the most popular show on Star Plus and all over into television industry. There is also a 7-year leap in the series. The show has completed its 1,000 episodes in 9th December 2016 and now it is like 1,235 and still counting. Karan Patel is popular face in Indian television as have been worked in successful serials like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kasautii Zindagi Ki, Kasamh Se, Kkvayanjali etc and shows like Nach Baliye 3 and Jhalak Dikhla Ja season 6.
