Solution:

1. Save PAF (*.paf) file to the desktop.
2. There are two possible folder locations that the PAF file could be moved to. Only one option should be used.
   • Location 1: Move the file into C Drive - Program Files - Common Files - Delcam (C:Program FilesCommon FilesDelcam)
     • If the version of software being installed is 32 bit, place this file in (C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesDelcam)
     • In rare cases a Delcam folder will not be created during install the common files folder. If this happens, create a folder within the common files folder named Delcam, and place the PAF file in that folder.
   • Location 2: Move the file into C Drive - dcam - config - pass (C:dcamconfigpass)
     • Note: the file location is case sensitive so be sure to follow what is written above
3. Make sure that your USB dongle is plugged in to the computer.

1. Save the PAF (*.paf) file on the desktop.
2. Open ArtCAM.
3. A message appears: 'Unable to Locate PAF (*.paf) file, Do you want to browse for it?'
4. Click Yes.
5. Select the PAF (*.paf) file on the desktop.
6. ArtCAM will install it into the correct location.

• ArtCAM_2015.860.zip, for customers with a dongle.
• ArtCAM_2015.861.exe, for customers without a dongle; the only ArtCAM products released by Delcam that did not utilize a dongle were ArtCAM Express (Download Only) and ArtCAM Insignia (Download Only).

Customers with a dongle should use the following steps to download and install ArtCAM 2015 R2.SP3 (build 860) on their computer:

1. Download the attached ArtCAM_2015.860.zip file.
2. Extract the downloaded file on your computer using 7-Zip or WinRAR.
3. In the extracted ArtCAM_2015.860 folder, right-click the Setup.exe file and select the Run as administrator context menu option to install ArtCAM 2015 R2.SP3 (build 860). Allow the installation process to complete.

Customers using dongle-free software should use the following steps to download and install ArtCAM 2015 R2.SP3 (build 861) and its accompanying Relief Clipart Library on their computer:

1. Download the attached ArtCAM_2015.861.exe file.
2. Download the attached SetupArtCAMReliefClipartPack.exe file.
3. Right-click the ArtCAM_2015.861.exe file and select the Run as administrator context menu option to install ArtCAM 2015 R2.SP3 (build 861).

   Allow the installation process to complete.

4. Right-click the downloaded SetupArtCAMReliefClipartPack.exe file, then select the Run as administrator context menu option to install the full Relief Clipart Library. Allow the installation process to complete.

Delcam did not release an ArtCAM 2016 product range; the ArtCAM 2015 R2 product range was superseded by the Autodesk ArtCAM 2017 product range.
